After purchase, please allow up to 24 hours to receive a styling questionnaire via email. Be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout to ensure a smooth and timely process.

The questionnaire helps us understand your style, budget, sizing, and any upcoming occasions, allowing us to create fully personalised recommendations tailored just for you.

You will receive your personalised lookbook(s) via the requested platform.

Turnaround Time:
Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. If you require your lookbook sooner, an Emergency Turnaround option is available at checkout.
